This system has been designed and produced to optimize energy consumption in residential buildings and apartments. This device receives the building temperature via its own remote sensors and then control the heating function of the packages based on the set favorable temperature by the user. This causes the optimization of the natural gas up to 20%, preservation of the comfort temperature zone of the building, reduction of the electricity consumption as well as the package depreciation.
