So far many local and international companies have provided lots of samples of remote controlling and telemetry systems in the field of managing water pumping stations. Each one has been employed with their own strong and weak points. The existence of some key defects and the lack of covering some requirements of these samples in this field persuaded us designing an optimized and inclusive system. Alongside with the quick handling and easy communicating with the users, this system provides the most facilities and possibilities to them. In other word the main purpose is to produce a perfect and inclusive system to delete the need for performing different and parallel systems. The existence of various problems due to the geographical location of pumping stations, lack of central controlling rooms with the capability of smart management of the installations and inability for facing the costly incidents are the reasons to make the private and governmental sectors tendency toward the inclusive and optimized telemetry systems. It needs to confirm that the optimizing energy consumption subject, which has been considered by the authorities, is included completely in the proposed system.
